A New Recruitment Tool: Benefits* List – Every person looking for a job has their own unique requirements that they will try to attain when seeking employment. Rate of pay, though many times a priority, is not always the driving factor in someone’s acceptance of a position. Some people seek the satisfaction of a job where they can help others, some people seek a job that will support continued education and some will seek a position where advancement opportunities are plentiful. Upon the recommendation of consumers, we have provided a list of the benefits that are available to (eligible) attendant care workers. When talking to potential workers, we recommend mentioning that GSIL offers these benefits and has a great support network for all attendant care workers.
