Types of assignments
Temp-To-Hire: This type of position allows you to obtain full-time, regular employment with the company where you are placed after you have completed a minimum period of twelve (12) weeks or 480 hours as a Bancroft Staffing employee. These initial weeks allow you to work directly in the environment to learn and perform the job requirements. After you have completed the required hours, you are given an opportunity to become an employee of that company.
Direct Placement: We present you to clients and arrange for convenient interviews. If selected, you will be hired directly by the employer.
Short-Term/Long-Term Temporary Assignments: Many times, employers call Bancroft Staffing in search of a person to fill in for an employee on a leave of absence, to fill a temporary vacancy within the organization, or to fill a special, individualized need for extra workers. In these cases, staffing managers call job seekers interested only in temporary assignments. These assignments are for a specific duration and are paid at an hourly rate.
