Home Care Attendants (statewide)

Drivers (Part Time – On Call - Concord Area)
Granite State Independent Living (GSIL) seeks part time – on call drivers in the Concord Area to join its team. These positions include transporting persons with disabilities via wheelchair accessible vehicles to social activities, meetings and events. Day, evening and weekend hours may be required. Pay starting at $10.00/hr. Company paid training. NH driver’s license, good driving record, USDOT Medical Card and criminal background check required. Experience driving a commercial vehicle preferred.
Controller/Finance Director (Full Time - Concord)
GSIL seeks a full-time Finance Director/Controller, based out of our Concord office. This position provides the direction, supervision, and managerial oversight of all GSIL financial operations, including treasury, accounting, budgeting, reporting and forecasting, financial system internal controls, audit activities, and payroll. As well as, develop, implement and monitor policies and procedures for the Finance department. Supporting GSIL’s mission, vision and values by actively contributing to the efforts of the Executive Leadership Team imperative.
Qualifications include: Minimum of 7 years experience including supervision of finance staff in the accounts receivable, payroll and accounts payable areas and maintenance of a general ledger. Ability to generate and analyze financial statements. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with MIP software a plus. Knowledge of Medicaid and a minimum of a Master Degree in Accounting or related field and/or CPA preferred.
Registered Nurse (Full Time - Keene Area)

Granite State Independent Living (GSIL) is looking for a dynamic and energetic Registered Nurse to join its team. GSIL is a home care and community-based organization dedicated to maximizing independence for adults with physical disabilities and chronic health care needs. The qualified candidate must be a Registered Nurse with a current New Hampshire License. Knowledge of accessibility issues and adaptive equipment is a plus and must have a strong value in supporting consumer direction. These positions are flexible, no weekends or holidays with a competitive salary. Must have a valid NH driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle for daily use.
Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Granite State Independent Living (GSIL), a home care and community-based organization dedicated to maximizing independence for adults with physical disabilities and chronic health care needs, is seeking a dynamic and energetic Human Resources Assistant to join its team. Primary duties of this position include: first point of contact for employees as well as throughout their employment this including new hire onboarding, responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of employment related records; entering and updating personnel information into HRIS system; gathering required documentation to process separations from employment and provide assistance and back up to other HR staff in various HR functions as needed.
*This position will predominately be based out of our Concord office, regular travel to the Littleton area may be required *
Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate competency in: planning & organizing; multi-tasking; effective oral and written communication; attention to detail; solid technology and computer skills; proven competency with all Microsoft Office programs and data management systems. Knowledge of current Human Resources practices a plus. Should be able to work with minimal supervision both independently and in a team setting.
