Granite State Independent Living, a large nonprofit is seeking an experienced, senior HR professional who strives to improve systems and overall employee satisfaction. Work with a dynamic team that is mission and results driven. Develop and implement department policies & procedures. Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements. Addresses employee relations and disciplinary matters, while providing training/coaching to supervisors and managers. Administer all aspects of benefits, compensation and employment practices and employee relations. Provide guidance collaborate on challenging HR and organizational issues as part of the senior management team. Qualifications Include:
Generalist background in Human Resources with broad knowledge of Federal & State compliance, employment, compensation, organizational development & training, employee relations and benefits. Proven administrative/management ability, strong reasoning and decision making skills and solid written and oral communications and superior interpersonal skills. 7 -10 years’ experience in increasingly responsible management positions in Human Resources. Bachelors’ degree required; Masters and/or PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
