Granite State Independent Living's Information and Referral staff is ready to provide objective, accurate guidance on any question or need related to living more independently.
Information and Referral coordinators will listen to your request and point you in the right direction. Depending on your needs, they may refer you to services offered Granite State Independent Living, or other appropriate human services providers throughout the state. You may also receive helpful information that you can use to achieve your goals and live life on your terms.
Inquiries may be made by people with disabilities, their family and friends, and members of the community at large. Human service agencies are also invited to request information to help their clients live life independently.

When you contact Information and Referral, we provide you with the latest information, resources and referrals during your first contact if possible. If we are not immediately available, please leave a message and we will make every effort to contact you by the end of the next business day. Sometimes a request for information and/or referrals requires additional research. If your request requires more time, we will update you on the progress of our search.

We work to expand our knowledge of best practices, information and resources through networking, training and certifications. Other human service agencies in the state also frequently refer people to Granite State Independent Living for information and referrals related to independent living.
