The first step to accessing the optimal combination of Granite State Independent Living services is to contact Information and Referral. Here are some of the programs and services you can use to better access your community:
- one-on-one interaction with a Granite State Independent Living Services Coordinator to develop a plan of action that will increase your independence;
- learning from other people with disabilities in Peer Support groups;
- Access Modification and services that increase your mobility within your home and within the community;
- Deaf and Hard of Hearing service coordination, including interpreter referrals; and
- Transportation Services that get you to events, meetings, appointments and errands.
